I was pleased with my factory rims, but felt like with all the bright chrome trim, I needed matching chrome rims. Mine were $150 each installed, so I figure I got a pretty good deal.

I will be happy for a first job..LOL Still looking. Once I get a new job. Then I can start to mod my car. I do have money saved up. I just cant afford to spend it untill I have steady income.

Guys there are many discount rim and tire sellers on the internet, many with brick and mortar locations. I have seen wheel and tire combinations for about $800.00 shipped, mounted and balanced, just do your homework and make sure that you protect yourself before finalizing a deal.

I am painting the insets of my factory wheels until I buy my wheels. because I am holding out (and saving) for American Torque Thrust IIs! you can be creative and still have a nice look without spending a ton of dead presidents.

They probably are.
The style is more of what I was looking at, not the actual rim.

Stock 16's. I have a set of 17's for sale, the sale of those will pay for new rims for the hhr.

So your selling the factory 17's?
I'm looking for the Factory 16's or 17's for mine right now. I to am waitting for the torque thrust rims. I just don't want these stupid steel rims and hubcaps. I did up grade the hub caps though.

Just wondering how well the paint would hold. Also, it would actually defeat my quest for more chrome.
