RS Emblem

OK follow me on this one.

Someone asked if my HHR with Solstice wheels with chevy caps was a "special package" I said no and talked about the wheels. Do you think the new CAMARO RS emblem would look good and be my own package? I have seen the treads about the SS on a NON SS but the don't make an RS so why not? I like the emblem anyway, indeas?

Thumbs up

It's your car , do what you want with her. IMO, as long as it's done tastefully and not overdone, you'll get my THUMBS UP. Still you might expect some ribbing from some of the SS crowd.

On a side note, I just realized this is my 1000th post...WOOT WOOT

SS and RS were appearance packages to begin with, so I don't see anything wrong with it. Unless you're trying to pass off an '08-up LS/LT as a true SS performance package during a sale to an uninformed individual.

Sounds different using an RS monicker on an HHR. Certainly original for this day and age, as many have forgotten what they were. For perspective, here's a little history of the Camaro Rally Sport:

Sounds like a cool idea. My belief is... 'if you like it, that's all that matters'!

the idea sound pretty cool. IF you do it I want to see pics. you could check out this ebay store, not sure ifthey have the rs but have many gm oem badges. Probably could just message and ask if they can get them.

If I ever get a camaro I want the RS package.

I have the cavalier rally sport for my daily driver, and the badges on the side are so huge and ugly. Wish they were alot smaller. lol
