there was just a post here about an OEM spoiler that's painted selling for $109 (plus shipping) on ebay. I think I'll just deal with that company if/when I decide to get a spoiler for my hhr.

 

How much was it ?

 

I called around the same, they quoted me $170.00 with shipping,that was not painted. I really want this spoiler but NOT willing to pay $$$$

 

Surprisingly, nothing. They called me and asked me what they could do to start a relationship with scomfort and the Modesto HHR Club. I said an in-person viewing of one of their HHR's would be cool, but since they wouldn't be able to do it logistically, so I just asked for some of their shiny catalogues and a price list. They replied that they wanted my shipping address and that they would be sending the spoiler, and what colour did I want it in.

So I said Majestic Amethyst Metallic, please!

We'll see.

 

Did they give you the impression at all that they were going to start retailing some other pieces or just the spoiler?

 

From the phone calls and emails, I cetainly got that impression, but I never asked him that specifically. Since you can request a price quote from them on their website, I assume they already did.

I certainly like their running boards... much better than GM's.

 

If they start selling the running boards without the entire package I would be very interested. I am having mine painted and fixed (as per the TSB) after this winter and I am looking for running boards to put on. I don't like the stock ones too much and would like those as I haven't seen any aftermarket ones yet.
