I must be BLIND! I never noticed the "eyelids". Now those add a real cool touch to Casper. Need more, or at least instructions for everyone else!

I think it would be cool if you painted the middle bar A different Color. I think either Red or Blue would make Casper stand out. Just a thought. Other then that very cool look.

I believe she had a chrome grill, but not sure if she bought a different one to try the mod. Either way it involves cutting (as CB pointed out- the BowTie is molded into the grill bar)... the rest is either (plastic) welding and/or fiberglass work with A LOT of sanding in between!!!
The results speak for themselves of course... WORTH IT IMO!

I bought a second grill off ebay to do this mod. The modified grill was bright crome to answer your question.

It is quite involved to remove the bowtie. I paid someone to do my dirty work!
The guy said he would not want to do it again!
