I knew the bodyshop that worked on most of that amazing hhr
At the end of the tour it was
Crushed, not determined street legal, I know what a loss
Yes the audio was removed.

what made it illegal? the stereo or the tail lights? and yea the suicides are pretty sweet!
i wish the lambo door kits werent so expensive. put lambos on the front, and have the back doors lambo but open up reverse. too much brain not enough denero!

From what i got from the shop it had structural problems, not street legal, plus the rear lights were experimental ect... the lapd forced darkside into crushing the prototype after the tour was over, remember the car was a penny car given to them from gm.

agreed they could have atleast put it in the a showroom somewhere like a dealership to promote the possibilites of the vehicle. or at the customs shop to show their skill level.. always another route besides MURDERING a perfectly good hhr...

Yucky. From utility sport to useless show. For price of a hhr and another 20k of add-ons I'd buy a vette. I'm all for adding some things and I love a good stereo system but some folks just take this accessory stuff too far.
