Nope, not primer. I need to take some measurements to see if what I want to do will work. If so, then the fiberglass will be coming out.

Was wondering if you ever get the suns reflections in your eyes from your Smoothie Hi-gloss dash ?

I was actually going to ask, after sitting in some VW's, if anyone has tried an extreme 2 tone, using the ebony or black dash cover with the tan or light grey underdash. Basically its just a swap of the dash cover, no painting required.

I just took a break from the sanding. I need to go get more sandpaper, then back to the grind.

well, you're gettin there. i broke out the grinder for smoothing the center console... and uh, whoops . good thing i have an extra center console. next time i'm gonna take my time

I used the grinder on the top as well. I'm filling a few early mistakes now with model filler. I hope to have it back in the car in a week.
