anyone have a link to someone selling smoothie door lock knobs?

 

Wonder if the ones from a Ford would work? My wife has a Mercury with smoothie knobs. (Hmmmm... might need to try them)

 

so far, i had found these: http://www.drcustomparts.com/Products.htm they look pretty nice.

my issue with them is that the interior has plastic chrome accents (the door handles and such). i am going to look into the ford parts (putter is right, smoothie door lock knobs were on 90's thunderbirds and mustangs).

 

I removed my stock ones (VERY coarse thread) & cut the stud, screwed back on & now flush in lock-down..

cost= 0.00

& no more bumping my elbow

 

That is also what I did...but I think it would be even cooler with Ford knobs.
