so i came out the other day and the hood was scratched...

yea, it look like someone had set something on it, which slid off and gouged the hood, i was planning on tu- toning it anyways so then i figued i would do that and have airbrushed graphics break up the paint scheme. my friend that did it was only supposed to do a small lower pannel of graphics between the two doors, but she went a little crazy and hit up the whole thing. well w/ that being said, knowing the vehicle would be down for a few weeks, i pulled all the interior out of it, including door pannels and had them hit up w/ indigo blue suede inserts. im so psyched to get it done, ill have nice photos when its cut and buffed, but i was wanting all you guys to check out what was going on w/ it

ill take some better ones tomorrow, but i was so stoked to get the hhr back, i had to take these tonight...
platinum ice pearl on top, biomechanical graphics laid down over the whole car breaking up the tu- tone, stock imperial blue on bottom. the grill w/ 3 barred w/ bio chevy bowtie. the mirrior were slick sanded and painted. the tail lights and all markers were tinted. the rear beauty bar was color matched and the bowtie was bio'ed. 5 coats of clear, wet sanded and buffed. special thanks on our collaboration w/ bills automotive, molly @ flames for the airbrush, barb at c.a.r.s interior the suede seats ( ill post them when its not raining, lol) and my shop. i think it came out pretty neat
and of course the "paw print" bio in honor of our three welsh corgi's ( wife's idea)
