No disrespect intended , but you should learn how to use the search feature. Their is tons of info on the sight about the 3-bar grill. Y'all will find lots of pictures, how to info and much more about it. My advise would be to educate your self on the topic before ripping out your SAWZALL. Once you cut it is impossible to put it back on.

I'm just stating my opinion because I have not met you but......

Anyone that just saws off a muffler probably shouldn't attempt a NEAT 3 bar grill modification.


But in a serious sense, the BEST NEAT 3 bar mod I saw came from a member who is no longer active on this forum. I believe he also did a lower radiator intake mod, as well. Don't remember his name though. You might, as suggested, want to go back to 2 year old threads related to the subject.


Disregard my comment regarding the former member. His grill mod was NOT a 3 bar. It was a design of his own. His user name is John 11 if you wish to look it up.

just like that but i want to keep my bowtie UMA has a really nice one to i also want it to color match some mentioned cutting it cleaning it up then get the whole thing wrapped in color match vinyl
