Yes, that is correct. I was just thinking what always happen to me, where the sensor seems to be in the shade and the rest of the car is in the sun and I can not read the LCD because it went dim with the night lights triggering on.

Sounds to me like the car has dark window tint preventing it from being read during the day.

So leaving the night driving lights on at all times would work.

Well, sounds like you need to tape your sensor.

It’s the only way to have it illuminated during the day.
