Definately the satin finish model.

 

Notice the 3 part #'s ? One will have a punch mark next to it indicating which grill you have.
It should be that 1st number. Hard to tell from your picture, but that looks like a punch mark to the left of the top #.

Reference the part #'s I posted above. 20836146 should be your's.

Your other pic shows a satin chrome grill that has been modded with the Chevrolet logo.
Possible that may not even be the original grill you have since someone modified it.

You can't really go by those on painted or chromed parts. Those are usually an "unfinished" part number, and then the finish gives it a different part number. Multiple numbers could mean revision levels, but there's no real standard.

I worked for both a Tier 1 painted plastic trim supplier and for GM, and crazy as it sounds, those are not reliable guides for you. It will get you the same MOLDED part, but not necessarily the right finish.
