You won't hardly be able to see out your windows if you put limo tint over the factory tint. My advice is don't go past 20% if your concerned about vision. But you need an HHR before you can even begin to think of tinting the windows.

I bought 15% for all my windows.IMO putting 15% over the factory makes it about as dark as limo tint.

I wanted to go with 5% also but I was afraid it would be to dark over the factory...I havn't even tinted any of my rolling windows. The weather strip is so tight I couldn;t get the tint to go down behind it..Any suggestions?

Having limo tinted my cars in the past I was concerned about not being able to see by limo tinting my windows on my HHR. It's been a couple of weeks now and I really don't have any problems seeing during the dark. For some reason visibility, compared to my other cars, is better with the HHR. And for the first time I tinted the front windows on my car. See the link for my tint pix.

You can see in the picture that I tinted the back windows but not the rolling windows.I had trouble getting the tint to go down behind the weather stripping so i think I'm just gonna have it done.I bought 15% to put over the factory 20%.

I had them put limo in the front and a little bit lighter on the factory tinted windows so it would match the limo. It matches perfect and looks great. It is alot harder to see at night though. It all depends on where you are. When I leave my house there isnt much lights on my street so It's hard to see when I'm backing up. I have to roll the windows down , but when I'm on main roads I can see fine.
