I usually like to see the darker color on the bottom, but just look at TkHHRs panel...sweet! I think there is a pic of a SOM two-tone with either white or your color floating around here somewhere.

Well after buying the Premiere I decided to leave it stock since it was unique in its own way from the factory. But I can't just walk buy this car every day in my garage any more and see it is just a stock HHR like 4000 others. So screw the factory uniqueness I am going to have some fun with this car.
I knew I liked you for a reason. Wish I had a father like you I think it more like 500,000 stock and 4,000 modded.

I think the root beer brown would play into the retro look too. It was a pretty popular color around So Cal growing up in the 70's. They painted everything that color, t-buckets, F-100's and don't forget custom vans too. Just add a little gold leaf and you have it.

Why not use the grey color of the factory pinstripe? I think it matches the Black Chrome very well and gives a nice balance.

That looks white. But I can't be sure, my eyes don't work like they used to. But that gives me a basic idea of some break lines. Thanks Jeff!

Thanks TK, I think I partied in that van in '72!

My best friend had a custom painted root beer brown 1970 Grand Prix back in '75. I loved that car! But an idiot in an early 60's Bonneville t-boned the passenger side at around 50mph the day before we graduated high school. That Bonneville was a tank and it totaled the GP.
