VHT shadow & dupli-color

I wanted to tint all lights and went to buy the VHT shadow but on the can it says for off road only...so does this make it illegal? Or can i spray light coats and have it more of a smoke effect.

I also saw the dupli-color wheel coating paint, I want to try this bc well..I can't spend $400 on black rims, does anyone know if this works well? I didn't buy it yet bc my auto zone only had chrome & copper.

thanks!

i have used it on my lights and no complaints here from me or police..just depends on how dark you go...i only tinted, i did not black out so you should be fine.
i also have used the wheel paint, it does the job, just be really careful when cleaning or taking on or off the bolts after you paint them, they chip off easy

use Plasti Dip on the wheels..it lets you experiment and if you dont like it it peels right off..
search plasti dip and read up..good stuff for exploring
