Waterless carwash

Anyone ever used a product called Dri-Wash before? Claims to work with no water, and basically a spray on wipe off application. Looks great on cars at shows, but I am wondering about everyday drivers.....

It is also supposed to leave no swirl marks.....

Never heard of it...but HERE is a link to their site. I prefer doing mine the old fashioned way, and using Meguiars Quick Detailer in between. Always in the market to find something cool though. Too bad it's not available in the stores...I prefer being able to purchase my products from a retail store.

B&T...
Although I too have NEVER used the product, I wouldn't want to 'spray and wipe' DIRT off my paint job... however - on a CLEAN car (or dusty)... well, that's a different story.
As Deb's stated, the 'ol fashioned way works best (for me)... spray off the dirt 1st (pre-soak), wash, then rinse... repeat as needed. Just a note... I, too use a 'Detailer' spray quite often (any brand that you like will do) for those 'in between washes' light cleanings (to get rid of the dust-bunnies). I'm sure these products work similarly to Dri-Wash- but I know what I'm getting when I spray on the detailer.
If you use the Dri-Wash (and have experience with detailer) post your thoughts... yeah- like a comparo

Several years ago, a co-worker started selling it. Being a friend, I bought a bottle. Back then I had a '89 Aerostar and a '94 delSol. The Aerostar was dark blue/silver and the delSol was black. It actually did a great job on the Aerostar, but sucked on the delSol. I would not recommend it. Maybe if you only had a light dust on the vehicle (which mine did when I used it). But nothing beats soap and water.

I am going to try this stuff and I will let you guys know.

If I remember, I will also take a before and after pic of it as well as how long it takes to do it, as that is also a selling point for it. Obviously with this there will be no drying needed, so I am sure it will speed up wash time.....

It can also be used on rims, which is what I am really excited about. I have seen wheels polished with this stuff and man do they pop.....
