What is the name of the wheels on the above banner? I know they are Chevrolet.

Cool Cobalt 'Accessory' rims...
I believe those are the 18" rims available as an accessory through Chevy on the Cobalt. VERY NICE lookin' rim in my opinion...

I saw them on an 07 HHR at the Dallas auto show but didn't get the name.

Yes, they are 18s. Here's a pic of the rim installed on the panel HHR that made the show rounds. Not sure if the rim had a name though.
