Window Deflectors

I'm getting ready to purchase Side Window Deflectors for my HHR. I'm going to buy the in-channel WeatherTech's but, I'm not sure whether to get the light or dark tint. Does anyone know which is a closer match to the factory tint? Do you have pictures of one or the other installed? I've seen the pics of stovebolts but, it's hard to tell which he got since his car is black. Thanks, in advance!

Katie I got the dark tint from Weathertech.
You can still see through them even at night.

Can someone tell me how are these type deflectors installed?
Are they easy to install?
Do they hold up well?
Where's the cheapest place to get them?

Thanks.

The fronts are pretty much squeezed into place and hold themselves up w/ only the pressure of being squeezed in. The rear are pretty much inserted into channels (side) in the middle part of the window and then slid up into top channel, they are held in place with the help of some double sided tape (already attached to vent). Easy install, less than 10 min w/ prep. As far as how well they hold up, I don't have this brand, mine are ERGs (I think) purchased from SoCal. Maybe shop around to see prices.

Wink Holding out for chrome

I'm holding out for the chrome visors. I did get a response from Stampede saying they will let me know when they come out. If anyone finds some, please let me know. I had ventvisors on my GM Sonoma and loved them.

I have a set on mine. I bought the ones with the 3M tape from GM Parts Direct. At the time they were the cheapest on price, got free shipping. But search the internet for pricing.
