OK - I have not changed a radio for a couple of years, and the last time I did I was confronted with GM's mini motorola plug... Now, I think I've got to deal with that again so I get the mini-motorola stuff... Nope.

I've never seen an antenna connection like the one that is on the HHR.

I'm trying to add a second radio to the same antenna, so I need to adapt from whatever to motorola, insert second cable, and back again to whatever.

Any suggestions?

 

The HHR actually uses a Chrysler antenna (like the PT Cruiser). The proper adapter is available at your local stereo store

Be ever so careful. Another forum member had problems with the antenna, never did really find out the end result. The dealer tried several times to correct situation, maybe did.
Be Careful !!

 

Mike's problem was tied to the antenna base. He had fixed it once and the problem crept in again. We sell lots of antenna adapters to HHR owners and have only had one or two isolated problems ever reported.
