cargo speaker wiring

Hey everyone I have 2 6.5" oval speakers in boxes already that I kinda wanna put in the cargo area on top of the removable panel. I'm not lookin to put in a premium sound system in, I just want to add 2 more speakers to the back since I already have them from a previous project. I'm thinkin of splicing them to the rear door speakers, but I'm not sure if that's the best way. Also, I have the stock stereo.

What is your motivation for doing this?

You won't hear it at all unless you turn down the front. And even then, they will be drowned out by the rear speakers.

Are they 6.5" or oval? Oval is typicall a 6x9 or something.

If you add anything, add an 8" sub in the stock box and some amps on the stock speakers and make an amp rack under the cargo lid. That's where I put my amps. There is plenty of room.

My motivation is that I have the speakers and I wanna put them in my car lol. and I meant 6x9 ovals, 6.5" are the stock door speakers. I'm a broke college student so I figured since I have the speakers I might as well put them in something instead of spending cash on new stuff.
