Device connect fail message
 

I got my iphone 3gs to connect to my 09 HHR through the USB port once. However alas it has not worked since and has always given me the device connect failed message on the radio display. I have looked around to see if there are any posts about this but there are not. Thanks in advance.

Wow I have read your post on this issue several times. I am not sure why I just couldn't comprehend that the cable could be an issue. Once again you have saved the day! Thanks :bow:

So I went and bought several cables now and they are all doing this same thing. I guess that I was lucky that it worked after I read this post. Thanks again though for all your help.
