I have a 2010 Suburban with a premium factory DVD sound system.

The IR headphones work great on AM & FM but the sound is very weak on DVD.

i took it to the dealer last year & they could not find the problem.

Any ideas?

Ah, this site is dedicated to the 2006 thru 2011, Chevrolet HHR. They didn’t have headphones as an option , so maybe log into a site for Suburbans .
