I went to my first show of the MECA season saturday. The turnout sucked in SQ, but hey it was a way to see how it done. The score was enough to be the second highest of all amatuers on the season, missing tops by .3. Now I know where I stand and what needs adjusted. No major problems, except a pesky ground noise we're not sure about. Just a few minor tweaks and its all good. I did however get the Best of Show award, Phat install, and Phat car award though. And of course 1st in the amatuer class by default. It makes the shop look good, and that helps with deals.
