Front and rear speaker replacement question

Looking for some good deals for front and rear replacement. Stock radio, don't play it loud, just looking for a good sound. I was looking at these Pyle's if anyone has an opinion:

I had heard both front and back were 4 ohm, is that correct? Ordering in the next couple days, so if anyone spots a good deal, please let me know. Thanks!

For any strange reason (I Suposse save costs), mine had the rear speakers has 2 ohms and front 4 ohms. On the LS version I suposse that the 4 speakers have 4 ohms. I would suggest you buy another stereo before replace spakers, but if you consider change speakers, try to save more money and buy Pioneer, Sony Xplod or Kenwood. I had once pyle. I don´t want to have another pair or them never.

Hello,

Just to let you know, I just bought a pair of 6-1/2" Kickers from Crutchfield, and the were buy one get one free. They give you the wiring adapters and the mounting rings for free. I think the model # is KS600, I also used these in my Suburban and they sound awesome. I use a guy named Axel there and he is great to deal with, ask for him.

Hope this helps.

My 20$ worth (my time :p) get Alpine SPS-600 series. SPS-600 for the rear, SPS-610 for the front. I'm running off the stock head in my '10 1LT and the improvement is magnificent. I am considering porting my doors, they can kick so hard o.O

You should purchase a good brand speaker. I would go with Kenwood, Pioneer, or Sony. I would never buy anything from Pyle. Pyle is sort of a cheap company. The sound quality of their products is poor. Go with something a little better for better sound quality.

I put Sony at Pyle level. There speakers sounds like crap..

But just unhook your rear speakers and just upgrade your front speakers, rear fill is really uneeded.

Go to this site, put in what car your looking for and it will show you what will fit then you can see what you want to spend. you can also call they can give you real good advice on what will sound best for your type of listening. They give you the wiring adapters and the mounting rings for free like what was said before.

We sell Sony at my shop. The only descent Sonys I've ever heard are their new components. They sound EXACTLY like 'pine Type R's. Midbass is there, and the tweet is very warm. BUT, they would never go in my car, because they are Sony.

Put Pioneers in mine. Watch Amazon for good deals. They are also a Pioneer Authorized online seller.

Front-Pioneer TS-D1720C 6.75-Inch D-Series Speaker Package
Rear-Pioneer TS-D1602R 6.5 Inch Two-Way Speakers

Plus added a little sound deadening. Makes a HUGE Difference adding it.

Lots of pics in that thread.

System sounds Awsome. Now it's a True Pioneer System.
