How much power in the standard stereo?

I'm just looking to replace the speakers and can't find any info on what wattage the standard stereo has. I've got a 2010 stock LS. Also looking at putting some dynomat in the doors while I have them opened up. Do you think one 12" x 30" strip in each door will be enough (the 4 pak) or do I really need to buy the larger bundle and cover everything inside the doors?

Thanks for the help.

I would say maybe 15 - 25 watts or so. replacing the speakers doesn't always mean louder or cleaner since the distortion ratio isn't going to be all that great in a stock head unit.
