I do, installed it under the spare tire. Sounds great and it's completely hidden. Also has the remote bass boost control....love this thing!

I'll try to get some pictures of it tomorrow

And yes, it works with the factory sub and headunit. BUT...in order for it to work with your factory unit....you have to install a "line out convertor".

So does the rear floor panel still cover the spare tire and all that?

I just got a 2010 HHR LT with the most basic headunit. I already had the door speakers replaced and now I'm looking to add a sub that doesn't take up much space. I'll be changing to an aftermarket HU this week after I order the GMOS-LAN-03 thing. I wasn't exactly stoked to find that I'd have to buy a $100+ kit to install my headunit.

yeah, it can't move around or anything when the panel is put back on the top
