Since I am using my Ipod Video for audio now, I thought about mounting a small LCD screen in my HHR and pumping Video into it. I havent measured the Center dash storage area but that would be an interesting place to mount/hide the screen , although the temperature would get very warm there. Anybody have any ideas or thoughts on this or other munting???

The one in the aux glove box is hindged and spring loaded. so the lid closes.

Not sure its not labled and I got it off ebay.

 

The aux glove box has been my target too and seeing the pic has convinced me to do it...looks way cool!!!

 

Thats where I'm mounting my screen when its time.

Wow that was an idea that I had. Was that moniter cheap? Plus do you have an DVD system in the car ?

 

I have a temp DVD player in the car right now. Right befor I let on deployment I got my DVD player that I will install when I return. Not exactly sure where its going to go yet. I also have a computer under my pass seat with a gps program that I run when I want. If you look close The Navigation program in on the screen in the dash. I mounted it with a plastic hinge so it folds down when I close the AUX glove box.
