Buy one, get a power supply, mount it, plug it in?

You will need a power inverter that can handle the amp load of the t.v and PS3. Being the cars battery is already in the back it shouldn't be to difficult

Since it's a panel, don't those have an extra power outlet in the back corner of the interior ?

Illegal to have a TV screen available to the driver while in gear. They have changed the laws to allow for computer and GPS screens. Even if it wasn't illegal it is very DANGEROUS, don't do it! I want to stay alive; please drive somewhere I don't.

Then I don't get the question. Are you asking how to get the signal from the head unit to the rear receiver? Either run wires or put a wireless adapter in.

Please ask a complete question, I hate playing 20 questions to help someone. I answered the question you asked in post #2, then you changed the question in post #5 and that seems to have an equally obvious answer.

I sense that you actually have a question that we can help with.
