You can buy adapters or you can cut the old speakers out of their housings and use ingenuity.

this is one of the easiest cars to work on, audio-wise. Door panels come off extremely easily and the same for every single interior piece as well as the seats. I can post a video of any thing you need. You will only need a 9v battery to test the speakers.
