Question Speaker change help

Ok just ordered two sets of Kappas for the car a few days ago, ann they should be arriving sometime soon. What should I make sure I have on hand harness/adapter wise for the switch?

By the way for right now they are going to be powered of the factory Pioneer amp. Eventualy I will be able to finish the rest of the system with a 4ch amp for the kappas and a mono amp for my 12incher.

speaker wire would be good, that should be all you need because have the premium sound system you don't need the speaker rings/mounts. The premium already has them door panel trim remover tool would also be a good idea and investment.

Thanks I have the panel remover already. The dynamat will go in when the new amps are installed.

Speaker wire from the factory is long enough and more than suffecient for anything less than 250 watts per speaker.

Dynamat Xtreme is a good investment...especially for low power(stock) systems as it will make the noise floor lower and make the less effecient Kappas play to their abilities. You don't need a panel tool on HHR's....simplt remove the screws and start yanking from the front inside corner of the panel. The clips will come off easily.
