RIck-I only saw one picture. But, how did you make it fit? I have not taken mine out yet. Is their enough air space? You have made me very optimistic

Here is a pic of the eight inch box next to the stock box. I don't have a pic of the ten box but they had to trim some steel behind the box for the magnet of the sub to clear.

B4 fiberglass

If you see the square hole they enlarged it so the ten would fit. The 10" box is larger than the 8'. The sub box has section on the back of the box that sticks into the hole for magnet clearance. When I remove my cover to change tail lamps you can see the box. I will take some pics and post.

Thanks for the photos, Rick. So, is it an actual sealed box, or a face plate that attaches the sub to the side of the car? How does it sound compared to a separate sub box? And can they make others for sale?

I would really like to get my 10 inch built into the car and get rid of the tube/box that takes up so much space in the back.

so did this guy ever end up making the enclosure?? and if so can I buy a 12" one.. preferably without the subwoofer?? this is behind the panel in stock sub location right? what about a smaller box, like an 8 or 6.5 in passenger side.

BTW great idea and mad props to doing this (if you did)
