I like that you were able to get a 10" in there but is there anyway to get that install to look more "factory". I like custom installs to look like OEM when you're done. Who else has upgraded to a 10"? I'm going from 2 type R 12"s to a weak Pioneer 8". I think I need at least a 10".

i did the blue fiberglass part in a little build up somewhere on here a few months back as a tutorial. i cut out the back part of her car where the factory sub was, cut out all the metal supports and made a wood and fiberglass shell that was sealed tight. then i screwed on the blue fiberglass face from the back panel to it and fiberglassed it to the panel. that sealed it up nicely, and i put the amp in the back where the spare tire is and ran a bass knob up front into the center storage deal on the dash. im sorry i did not finish my tutorial for you guys, my wife was in spain for 2 weeks, when i did it, and had our camera w/ her, hopefully i can answer any questions for you though

not really for a this sub, i originally had 3 kicker l5's and she said in her sweetest voice, ''honey i appreicate it, but there is know way you are putting all that $h_t in here"!!! i did a customers car w/ the kenwood excelon flat sub in the factory spot w/ a planet audio 5 channel on that and all the speakers, and it sounds sooooo good, highly recommend that for a true factory look

I'm not too big on the kenwood subs, are there any other flat subs that would work?

Almost every manufacturer makes them now... I like Memphis:

I've always been more of an Alpine guy but that Memphis sub is tempting.
