I am upgrading the stock sub and adding an amp to power the new sub. So far I have been looking at the Polk Audio MM840 4 250W/RMS or the JL 8W3 250W/RMS. Will either of these fit in the stock enclosure? I already have the amp, it is a Kicker ZX400.1 2 Ohm monoblock amp.

Other suggestions for the sub are welcome and mounting location suggestions for the amp are welcome as well.
