FYI my mini drive came in yesterday. Copied music over to it and it works fine in my HHR.

The only downside to the HHR radio is it doesn't do a very good job of shuffling. It tended to play a small selection of cds.

What I did is grab the songs out of each folder and put them in a folder then grab the entire bunch and load it on my USB. That way I can go through all 2889 songs without a repeat. Just part of my OCD kicking in.

Forgot to mention you have to pick the right choice of the three options for listening.

looks like a great idea I almost ordered one then realized my android phone has the songs built in it. and use pandora radio using Sirius through my Android phone (free)
but slacker radio is my favorite.
Never tried the usb port on my 09 do you basically load the songs on the usb and just plug it in and go?

Yes you can do it as I suggested(a little more work) or just grab the cds and the drop them on there.

I did that with my Samsung P2Player for awhile until I figured out how to set up through the USB. The only downside going through the RCA jack was no song info shows on the radio.
