did you have to buy a shallow mount sub to fit there?

Amp is an old kenwood 4 ch (for now) and a basworx cap

And since I DETEST seeing wires and having the luxury of a panel...and before anyone says anything, yes I see the wire there!!!! haven't completely finished yet

And my almost complete Kicker L7 Solo-Baric

Why thank you!!! Not too shabby for an hours work. Just wish that sub didn't need such a big volume box. Maybe should hit up pyro for some fibreglass work and find a way to hide it in the stock spot

 

one 15 and 2 10 subs.
i use the hhr for work. took out the storage bins for the 10 and removed the spare tire for the 15. added an epicenter to get the low end out to compete with road noise

 

What is your completion date on this install?

 

As of early december, this is what she looked like.. Will upload pics soon of the plastidip matte black body black out / angel eye amber led fogs / Amber underbody kit split into turn signals for each side / and amber hood glow.

Here is my current setup.
12" installed under the rear deck...
WITH the spare tire in its original location (only flipped over)...
This is a sealed box with somewhere between 1 and 1.25 cubic ft. Hard to calculate with the round 'sump' portion.

Amps are located in the factory subwoofer location with forced air cooling (via hidden computer fans).
****Please excuse the 'dusty' look. I have since cleaned it all up
