I purchased my used 2011 2LT vehicle and these are the applicable codes:

U2J Digital Audio System S-Band "Not Installed"
UD0 Sensor Indicator Inflatable Restraint, Frt Rh/Child Presence Detector
UE0 Communication System - Vehicle, G.P.S. - Not Installed
UQ3 Speaker System - Enhanced Audio
US8 Radio - AM/FM Stereo, Seek/Scan, CD, Auto Tone, Clock, ETR, MP3, RDS

So it appears that I have the base radio along with "upgraded" speakers and subwoofer. NO satellite, and it appears NO bluetooth.

I'm pondering the thought of leaving the stock speakers (at this time),
and going with something like a JVC KW-NT300, XM radio, and rear camera. I think the unit will use the standard speakers and the sub and its amp just fine. I would add the chimes connector, so all that stuff would work.

Any issues that I haven't thought of?

OR I could just leave everything as is, mount my portable XM unit - using the AUX port, and using my Garmin which has bluetooth.

The rear camera was just "because I could". This vehicle will become my daily driver.

do you have tweeters in your a-pilars?

I just bought some kenwood $140 6.5" 80w rms components (with in line filter, not the box) and they did not sound any better than the stock tweeter/mid

Just put the stock tweets/mids on an amp and they should really brighten up.

As far as a camera, go with ebay.

I got mine for $10 and the quality is decent. certainly as good as the $30 DP audio from frys cameras.

I'm sure a $100 camera will look cystal clear, but do you really need that?

if anything, use the cheap one for under the car or something.
