Can I use Eibach Sportline lowering springs on my HHR LS?
Can I use the Sportline springs intended for a Cobalt on my HHR LS? How much drop can I expect? Will I need different alignment cam bolts, or any other modifications?
I've spent days and days deciding which springs to buy for my 2010 LS. I'm using stock size wheels and tires, but want a noticeably lower look, without having problems that can't be corrected. The H&R's, and other Eibach springs only say 1" drop. Not going to cut it. I almost bought some generic "Speed Daddy" springs off eBay, then I read their reviews.

Welcome to the site!
No I wouldn't recommend Cobalt springs as of the weight difference!
I'm running Canuck Motorsports springs and have for five plus years, no problems

I just checked out your link. I didn't realize those springs were still on the market. Looks like $187 shipped. Not bad.
Any other modifications or parts required? I plan to use KYB struts and shocks.
I plan an old school look along the same lines as yours, but with stock steel wheels painted cherry red. I'm looking for a baby center cap similar to the ones used on police model Impalas. Otherwise, I'll just go capless.

I am running the Eibach Sportline Springs with KYB Struts since last summer after replacing my goldlines. I like them and they have a nice stance. I personally do not have any issues with them, I like the ride better than the goldlines and there isn't any chatter from the rears like the goldlines

I have KYB's , no camber bolt required! I would suggest you have a close look at your ball joints and your lower control arm bushings, you might as well do the job all at once if you have it apart anyways, if required
You mean red rims like these? I never did find baby moms that fit, so I bought the WV rally rims and baby moons

Yes, exactly like those wheels. I have Rustoleum Professional in Safety Red that I intend to use. I REALLY like those center caps! What are they, and where can I get them?
Thanks to everyone for the guidance. I've visited this page dozens of times over the last year, since I got the car.
I run a body shop, and plan to do a cool "patina" paint job on the car to use for advertising.
