Cobalt SS TC/SC springs on a hhr SS?

Is there any difference? Will it lower my hhr SS if I put on some cobalt SS turbocharged or supercharged springs? Ive been looking for info but only found people using the cobalt springs on regular HHRs. I'm trying to lower my SS a little bit without being too low or blowing a hole in my wallet. Thanks :)

I think the cobalt is quite a bit lighter in the rear, I wouldn't try it. The wallet blowing YYZ's work very well, but you probably already know that.

If memory serves, HHR SS is like 3/4" lower than non SS HHR (stock). So your drop using cobalt springs would be much less that U read.

Not to mention they will ride softer than SS springs. Unless you want it softer.

The Cobalt '08-'09 SS/TC springs are the firmest for cobalts.

the Cobalt -05-'07 SS/SC springs are much softer.

edit: I have the cobalt SS/TC springs on my HHR LT & love 'em.. 1-1/4" drop..

So what about for a HHr SS? Will they hold the same stiffness but allow for a lower stance? I am looking for a cheap, re latively stock "lowering" option to reduce wheel well gap but not affect clearance of the car or drivability.
