Continuous front end vibration

Hey guys I know this issue has been posted a million times here but I'm going to post it again....lol.
I have a 2011 HHR LT 2.2/automatic. I bought the car last year and ever since I have owned it, I have had a slight vibration in the front end. (Even my steering wheel barely vibrates), It is continuous. Usually the faster you go it gets worse. I have brand new tires (I thought that was it), new brakes, new rotors and alignment. As I said the severity of the vibration seems to increase as you increase your speed and also with the road surface. My next step was to have the axles checked but I also wanted to ask if a bad strut could cause this? The car sits level. It does ride stiff as any small car does.
Anyone had this issue and had it fixed it? or maybe have an idea to help narrow down the search for the problem?

Thanks

Welcome to the site, check the LCA rear bushings, the upper engine mount, the front and rear transmission mounts and clean and adjust the rear drum brakes

They do have their quirks but they are a ton of fun, great on fuel and easy to work on.
Next is the steering rack mounts, are those bolts torqued correctly?
Are you sure the ball joints are seated correctly? Any mention of any replacement parts installed at time of the sale to you?
Many times , the parts are slapped in and air gun torqued , not a good plan!
So, as the new owner, you can simply double check things.
Thise rear LCA bolts , for instance, are TTY, 74 ft lbs torque, then 180 degrees further tighten. Once.
Now many have reused the bolts and had no issues , simply torque them correctly.

Can you fill me in as to why you ruled this out? I'm not thinking it's the tires themselves, rather balancing. In nearly 40 years of owning cars I've had balancing issues several times on brand new tires. It's amazing how much difference it makes to have tires re-balanced once a year. It's more amazing to me how even shops that do nothing but tires can screw up balancing.
