disc brakes for the rear

I don`t see much interest in this area, this car should have 4 wheel disc with anti lock readily available from the factory, Mine is 2008, leather, sun roof, with some wheels i had not seen before, with magna flow and a cgs intake, mostly for better fuel economy. I am new, any aftermarket?

I bought the ABS Safety package on my 08.....drum brakes on the rear....

I believe that only the SS has 4 wheel discs.

the safety package includes side airbags and ABS brakes, not 4 wheel disc though.

one of the main reasons why i want with the 2LT because i wanted ABS on it for sure.

What parts did you use on this conversion and I can only assume trouble for your HHR factory warrantee ???

The factory should upsize the front discs and add slotted/drilled rotors. Mabe even ceramic pads.
Rear discs would also be my choice as well. Much more important than many of the ongoing upgrades they are doing.

I'm really getting tired of rotor problems with my GM vehicles.

They should cut back on some of there stupid advertising and get with the real program. That program is customer satisfaction.

there was one comment about rear disks on cars taking price point into consideration, I disagree... there are lots of cars out there priced similar to or less than the HHR that have 4 wheel disk brakes.....
