This is my first post - I've been lurking and have learned a lot already -- great community!

I have an '06 2LT with the FE3 suspension and need to replace the struts. I've read many threads here on the subject but remain unsure of the specific strut parts number for this car. Apologies in advance if this post is redundant.

On RockAuto.com the KYB's don't seem to be specific to the FE3 - they're listed for LT w/2.4. There are ACDelco's that are specific to the FE3. Can either be used on the FE3 - or just the ACDelco's?

BTW - I love this car!! Bought it around Memorial Day w/53K. Now has 63K and like it more than when I first got it.

KYB will be fine and may be a better quality unit, they are FE3 spec gas charged struts.

Its hard to go wrong with the KYB struts and shocks, have them on my 2006 and 2007 HHR's.
