Exclamation Fully 32 way soft/hard adjustable complete coil over kit install

So, I've recently installed a sweet COIL OVER KIT SET that features all the bells & whistles = I did the proper install as well as lower the ride height, etc. After doing so, I've noticed the some aspect of the steering shaft, I'm guessing it the INTERMEDIATE SECTION that rattles a bit when going over bumps, etc. I had no rattling noise issues before the COILOVER KIT INSTALL = does anyone know what could be causing the issue? I did the install myself = I preloaded the everything according to spec, as well as setting up the adjustable sway bar links, etc = but the rattling over bumps is driving me crazy! Any help or information would very much be appreciated. I've also set up the CAMBER aspects according to the proper specs & the tire wear is spot on @ even wear, etc... HELP...

The intermediate shaft can be removed, greased and reinstalled, be careful as they are obsolete and no longer available.
coil overs are notoriously noisy, they lower the car great but the adjustment rings to coil springs rattle.
if you replaced the swaybar end links did you replace the swaybar bushings? They are 23 mm and polyurethane bushings also are a source of noise.

My guess is that lowering it caused the sway bar end links to bang into the LCAs. Probably need shorter end links?

He said they were adjustable, the Powel adjustable links had metal hiem joints, they rattle to , designed for racing cars, noisy on street vehicles

I wonder if steering rack and rear transmission mount spacers would help correct the suspension geometry?

What brand coil overs did you install??
