getting lower front bags almost done

getting lower front bags almost done

here is my progress so far. the inner fender needs trimming and the strut tower needs to be gusseted

Looking good. So you already raised the strut tower and it needs to be gusseted? Or you need to do that next?

here is what i did so far on the passenger side. the welds dont look good cause the galvanized coating on the stock sheetmetal. i still need to weld in all the gussets i made and clean up the cut where the bag gets close.

This is gonna be sick!!!! .... cant wait to see it sitting on the ground when your done....would look killer if you could get painted mirror caps and door handles, better yet...shave the door handles

as thin as the sheet metal is i wouldn't even want to try shaving the handles. i did them on my old ranger and warped the whole door. i will post some pics i a little while of the car layed out.

its finally low enough! here are some pics. there is only one othe hhr that has gone this far but it sits higher cause he has 22's

does anyone know how far the front fender to the ground is on a stock hhr? i would like to know how much it dropped overall.
