For someone that doesn't know that, they could go to the dealer for say tire rotation, every 5K.

They won't be aware the springs need to be watched & held into location.. PLEASE..............

But you have honestly know that they should never come loose, no matter how fast you lift it..OR if you do the magic chant improperly....

IMO, they should have been designed to be taller, but still compress to the drop it lists as.. That way there is no problem.. Simple..

If you read about the "Honda fix" which is putting sliced hose around the coils.. To stop the banging when the bind.

Pizz Poor design, & you know it..
Agreed - Ive got them on mine and have installed other sets. They are noisey but Ive really rarely heard that clang. Mostly it's over the smallest of bumps like cracks or those chingas's they use to split the lanes. It has a rattle. Add that to an already noisey car rattle wise and it's something you turn the radio up or my new discovery of the sunroof open to drown out. I dont like it but I tolerate it. Cool factor weighs heavy. Alot of you folks have mentioned how quiet and tight your cars are. Im envious! (disclaimer:the car has been emptied of anything and everything to eliminate noise source including the rear shelf and the cover for the spare- still noisey).....I will pay handsomely for the Magic Chant.

Old thread I know but I saw something that I needed clarifaction on.

Someone said the sportlines drop 2 in"?
I read on line the sportline are 1" in ft and 1.3" in back.
Is this true or is the 2" statment true.
This is the next thing Im doing, I will be selling my levelng springs after the swap.
By the way, the leveling springs do not fall out. I've had my car lift to stupid heights and even way off camber, down dirt roads and its all good.

Pics with sportlines vs level kit would bwe awesome!!!

Thanks

You can get rid of the clunk by installing the rear Goldline lowering springs upside down. Stock SS shocks are a tad stiffer and shorter than stock LS/LT shocks.
