HHR SS Parts

I'm planning on ordering SS struts, shocks and springs for my 1LT. I'm wondering if I should also get the spring seats and bump stops. Are they more durable than the 1LT's? I'm thinking the the bump stops would be different.

Installed the SS rear shocks and springs today. Got a 1" drop. As like everyone else the handling and ride are much better. (the stock right rear was already leaking at 3600 miles)
One thing that nobody else has mentioned is that the steering feels lighter like taking weight off the front end. Rearend squat at "launch" is much less. I'm hoping when the front is done it will get rid of the nosedive when braking. That won't be for another month or so.

Glad you're happy with it. I have an SS and don't see the need for much work on the suspension. I did add a TTR rear swaybar though.

Actually I wish I could have bought an SS. But then I wouldn't be having all this fun. : )

Ordered the front springs and struts. The springs are backordered with no ETA.
