hose for brake booster

anyone know the part number for the vacuum hose coming off the brake booster to the intake? Can't seem to find one on RA. Autozone sold me some basic vacuum hose but it's collapsing under vacuum.

Vacuum Hose - GM (20917172)

Doesn't appear to be anymore new left. You should try getting a used one

EDIT: nevermind, I thought you had an SS.

If AZ sold you some “vacuum “ hose, I’ll bet it wasn’t vacuum rated. More likely some type of evap breather hose. Any size vacuum hose shouldn’t be collapsing. Unless it was the wrong type hose.

Vacuum hose should have the specs printed on it. A real power brake vac tube will have a DOT on it.

It looks like any GM parts warehouse that has it says its discontinued. There was one that came up for a 2006 they had in stock. I'm sure it's the same. They wanted $20 something for the hose then another $20 something to ship it. I said no way. Went to the junkyard and pulled one. Took it home and closed off one end and mighty vac on the other and no leaks. Works fine. Junkyards are like Harbor Freight to me!
