I would check to see if there is free play on the driver side cable, if there is it is broken or not connected.
If it is installed "perfectly" the 2 cables would be even. |
Could be the driver’s side shoe isn’t adjusted the same as the passenger side.

I review again I saw the cable was like cut on the rubber, I took this picture, so maybe one day with the car jack I broke by myself the rubber . so just need to have replace all parking cable or is possible to repair that part only?, thanks in advance

I’d order new parking brake cables for both sides, I order from RockAuto, very quick delivery to here in Canada and usually much cheaper then Canadian websites
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...ake+cable,1696 they offer us a discount https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/www....ad.php?t=61707 or slap some Flex Seal tape on the cut to seal the water out. |
perfect !! thanks and which one should I buy from that list? any ?,I will replace because winter is winter and I don't want have any issues in the middle of the winter , better replace now still in summer

yesterday I got the new cable today I installed but something happens, I realize the new cable is more long that the old one, I just replace the left side (driver side) and keep the right side(passenger side), so maybe the CAPS sold to me the wrong cable or just Need to adjust the cable in the rear part that I don't know where, the thinks is more long I can adjust the cable on the parking handle brake at the same level, so any suggestion please thanks in advance.
