lol Thanks.

It does Improve the overall LOOKS of the HHR. Careful hitting potholes, it hits em Harder.

But it does Look SWEET.

Takes only 2-3 hours to install the Lowering kit in the driveway. I took my time put it on 4 jackstands took off all the wheels and did the rear end first. Then did the fronts.

IF your just doing the Rear Leveling Kit, i'd say 30-45 minutes from start to finish.

Doing the Lowering Kit as I did, 2-3 hours doing it at a Very relaxed pace.

Thanks.

I used Westlys Bleach White and a tire brush to get alot of old tire dressings OFF them.

I will be scrubbing them up again as I will be doing a complete Detail on the whole car.

I ordered the Porter Cable 7424XP 6-Inch Variable-Speed Polisher and 3 different Meguirs Pads for it just waiting for Amazon Prime to get it here, suppose to be here tomorrow.

I thought my old Milwaukee Buffer/Grinder would be too aggressive and Heavy for just Detail Buffing/Polishing. I used it for 12 years when I was a Body & Fender Auto Painter Combo Man. Good for full wetsanding/buffing paint jobs.

I got some Swirl marks to tackle on my Black paint.

Wash & Dry
Clay Bar
Wash & Dry
Buff & Polish & Swirl remover
Wash & Dry, look for anything missed and spot buff as needed.
Wax it.

Admire that Show Car Finish.

Then I will work on the Tires and Rims some more.

I like those wheels on everything I've had 'em on and now I'm thinking my HHR is next.

They do give it a Nice look. Old School with a FWD modern touch.

I am trying to find out IF I can put the 17"X 10's on the rear for that old school Staggered look I LIKE, and will have a deeper dish that I Love.
Lowering fills the gap in the wheel openings nicely, but you do loose ride Comfort.

Just gotta Adapt, and drive Slower and Watch for potholes and resurfacing areas around me. They are grinding off a layer of asphalt in sections, some of those areas have Abrupt pavement height differences, hit those at the speed limit and you FEEL it.
