Our kit will totally do what the Audi does in the first vid. It will do side-to-side and nose-up or nose down in the manual mode. But if you want hoppin' action like in the second clip, you should look into hydraulics instead!

well no, i don't want hopping action lol but it can be achieved with airbags, and i've seen some crazy ones with i think nitrogen. anyhow if we end up bagging the bar, i just want to make sure its going to sit proper (on the ground) but i do like that digital control in the kit. much better than traditional switch box.

I'll try to answer some of these questions:

Each corner can be adjusted independantly in the manual mode, you can also control both front, both rear, or any combination of corners you want.

The digital control can be set to automatic ride height at any height you desire and can be changed at any time.

With the 1/2" air lines the adjustment pops up and down pretty darned quickly, almost rivaling hydraulics. However, it does have limitations related to the air supply. The tank isn't huge and the compressor obviously can't recover the air supply as fast as a hydraulic pump. But these things can be remidied if so desired by adding more compressors and / or a larger tank. This setup is designed to run multiple compressors if so desired.

Someone asked about a failed bag. Well I'm sure it could happen although pretty doubtful. If you could see these bags you would understand. They're very heavy duty and are actually designed to work on heavy trucks but were adapted by the manufacture for this application.

Hope this helps. -Dan

Hey dan-d, I have another question for you. If you ride it higher than the automatic ride height, will it be a rough ride or soft like stock?

thanks

The firmness of the ride will differ depending on how much air pressure you put into the bags. The higer the ride height the firmer the ride will be. I kept mine at 55/60 up front and 45/50 in the rear. This gave me a nice lowered stance (similar to the Goldlines) and a nice ride, so the comfort of the ride as well as ride height is all up to you. But if you hit the all up button and let it pump up to max it will be pretty stiff. Kinda fun though...LOL

One more quick Q... I'm gettin a fat bonus soon, and plan on putting A LOT into the HHR. So, will the bags and sway bar effect eachother in any way if I get both?
