Money to install? Don't know. I did my own, so no labor charge.

Try this:http://www.gmpartsonline.net/parts/2...iagram=CH06580

No.6 is a plastic isolater that sits between the spring and bottom perch. You need to swap it from the old spring to the new Pedders spring. It's a pain to remove from the old spring. More of a pain to put in the new spring.
The isolater center knob has a plastic ridge to hold it in place. I filed down some of that ridge to make it easier to install on the new spring. The Pedders last coil seemed to be a hair smaller than the stock spring.
Hope this helps.

Ok I see what your saying now. Is the shaving require or is it just more for making the install easier?

Just to make it easier. When you take the one off the old spring, you will see how tight it fits. I tried once to reinstall it before I realized it would need some resizing.
Now granted mine is a very low mileage car so the isolaters don't have any road wear on them. May be the reason they were still so snug. They still looked like new.
Yours could have a little more road wear. Possible that you won't have any problems with the fit.
