Nice those are going to be a challenge to detail but it hardly ever rains where you are right, probably 80 today ??

I almost spit out my cereal when I saw "but it hardly ever rains there"

I've been in Southeast Texas for a long time now, I have seen it rain every day for a month straight. It rains here A LOT!

Annual rainfall:

Seattle, 52inches

Nope. More like, the bad news is, the heat suspends the rain.
